RULES FOR DECORATING & CLEANING
Do not drag tables accross the floor because you scratch up the floor and may damage the tables.
Do not hang decorations from the ceiling.
No sand or confetti allowed in decorations. The sand will take the wax off the floor and the confetti is very difficult to clean up from the floor.
When mopping floors, use clear water only - no soap. Change water often.
Fold tables and lean against wall. Hang chairs on racks.
If you use heat or air conditioning, adjust thermostat when you leave so unit doesn´t continue to run.
Clean ashtrays after use.
Check restrooms and make sure commodes are not running.
If you use ovens, make sure that you turn them off.
Turn out all lights before leaving.
Check all doors to see if they are properly locked before leaving.
Do not sit on tables. Tables have been checked before your use for stability and you will be responsible for broken ones.
Enjoy the use of your hall and leave it clean for the next member´s use.
