ARTICLE XIV - SERGEANT-AT-ARMS

(a) The Sergeant-at-Arms shall examine all persons present at meetings to ascertain if they are Local members in good standing.

(b) All persons permitted to remain at the meeting shall be members in good standing or guests approved by the membership.

(c) He or she shall issue an attendance card to all members attending regular Membership Meetings which shall be filled out by the member and left with the Sergeant-at-Arms after the meeting is adjourned.

(d) He or she shall maintain the membership attendance records.

(e) He or she shall assist the Chairperson in maintaining order at all meetings.

(f) Before each meeting he or she shall appoint a sufficient number of members to assist him or her in his or her duties.
