ARTICLE XVI - TRUSTEES

(a) Act as custodians and exercise supervision over all property of the Local; keep an inventory thereof and report same in writing at Local meeting each year in the month of September.

(b) Check and safeguard all property of the Local.

(c) Examine and audit all books of the Treasurer and Financial Secretary quarterly, in the months of December, March, June and September, and make quarterly reports of the same at the regular meetings of the Local in the above mentioned months and shall make such other audits and reports at the direction of the Local Executive Board or the Local Union.

(d) Witness a quarterly official notification by the President and the Financial Secretary to the Secretary-Treasurer of the International Union informing them that the Local´s books and records have been audited. This notice shall state what the condition of the books and records are.
