ARTICLE XXI - TERMS OF OFFICE

(a) The President, Vice President, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary, Sergeant-at-Arms, Shop Chairperson, Skilled Trades Chairperson, three trustees, Executive Board Members, four at-large strike fund members, and Delegates shall be nominated and elected during the last four months of the IUE-CWA officers election year and take office the first of the month following the election, starting in the year 2005. Their terms of office shall be for three full years. Chief Stewards and District Stewards shall be elected and take office on September 1. Their terms of office shall be for two full years.

(b) The terms of all other elected non-officers shall expire when determined by a majority of the membership at any regular meeting.
