(a) Regular membership meetings shall be held on the second Tuesday of the month. The 3rd shift meeting shall be held at 7:00 a.m., 2nd shift shall be held at 1:30 p.m., 1st shift  meeting will be held at 3:45 p.m.  The times of the meetings may be adjusted by the Executive Board to fit the schedules in the plant.

(b) In the event of an emergency, vacation shutdown or holiday falling on the regular meeting day of a month, the Executive Board shall set the date of the regular membership meeting.

(c) Special meetings may be called by the President or a majority of the Executive Board. Such special meetings shall be announced by handbills at the plant gate or distributed in the Local Union´s newsletter "Picket".

(d) The regular order of business at regular Membership Meetings shall be: (1) Seating the guests (2) Voting on any amendments to the Constitution (3) Nominations (4) Elections (5) Regular Order of Business

(e) All meetings of the Local shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order.
